one more night at Home,one night in hotel at Gatwick,then 14 nights in Thassos

Us too. Hotel Saturday night at Manchester Airport, then shuttle bus to terminal in the morning. On the thompsons website they say you can check your baggage in the day/night before, so that in the morning you just go to security check with your hand luggage. We are thinking that we might just take advantage.

We do the day before check in every year and it works very well. As you say you get your boarding pass/ priority pass for security the day before - relax at your hotel and jump on the bus in the morning - it is brilliant!

We're going to Brum the day before, checking in early and treating ourselves to a night in a hotel so we dont have to get up quite so early on the Sunday. So we'll maybe see you at the airport.

Just paid the balance on my holiday and confirmed my seats on the aircraft.

We will be doing the day before check in 3 weeks on saturday at Gatwick. We can than go for a leisurely meal and drink knowing that we can roll up in the morning, hand the car keys to the Maple Manor driver and stroll through security without a problem. Best time so far is 23 minutes from leaving hotel to being airside. Definitely recommend it as it starts the holiday without any stress.

We are due to fly sunday but panic setting in due to this ash cloud, really hope we get to fly out (don't mind getting stuck in Thassos)

If my maths is correct , 3 of the above are in thassos as i write this ......is soooooo jealous ......hope you are all having a lovely time and the weather is good
