Just checking the prices on Thomson holidays and see a new taverna is opening in May at the hotel I wondered if anyone would know where it is to be as we have been before we were trying to work out where it would be
I am going there in July. Someone on Tripadvisor who I messaged a while ago said that there was some land next door? and they didn't know for sure...only speculating.
Never been before so don't know an awful lot about it.
Just been back and re-read the message. They said there was some land next door that was a car park. They had heard that the hotel next door had either bought/owned it but maybe the Med got it instead??
There is no new taverna.the hotel is qffering full board.and as for the land next door.that belongs to rachoni bay.which now has a new extension. happy holidays
The Med must have put up another building this year.Having holidayed there several times i can say with certainty that there was not enough space for a dining room.
There is a larger piece of land on the opposite side of the hotel from the rahoni bay where they could have built.

There is always a possibility that it hasn't been built yet. It is only the beginning of february.
Anyone else going to The Med this summer?
Eh, Eh calm down! The new taverna style restaurant is at the Med as mentioned in previous posts. Think it will be downstairs as we were told last year that the Rachoni Bay are extending to the side where the cars used to park. The Med is selling half board this year so expect some changes. Would love to see the pics when people return as we are not going this year
