My dad rang me last night as he had seen the news and asked me if I 'still wanted to go'

It's all very exciting!!!

My last day here at work is going to be absolutely frantic, so I thought I'd get a post in here early!!

Lucky you Lynne....I'm not jealous, honest

So my new bag for our fins has arrived and we're just days away from exploring some of the lovely bays in Thassos..!

I just wondered if there were any particularly good places to go snorkelling, and anything in particular we should see?!

Any recommendations from the Thassos regulars on here?!

I fly out on Tuesday.......I can't wait!

I always check the bedroom out for bugs before I get into bed anyway, although have only ever found cockroaches and mozzies!

I hate flying...really not sure I'd enjoy that runway, seeing as take off and landing are the worst bits!! (not forgetting any turbulence of course)

I've bought some kalms and need to start taking them actually as they wont do anything otherwise

had one when we booked but then switched to some photos from last years hol in Milos... looking at last years greek sunset every day at work keeps me going!!

That's good to hear, we're doing LHR - Thessaloniki on Tuesday morning. BA have been cheaper two years running *last year to Athens* and Easyjet is a bit of a squeeze anyway!

I always take a helmet and if they don't offer, I ask. The police are not very consistent about enforcing this rule so it's better to avoid a fine and protect your head! (No matter how many people you see without them, and how good it feels to have the wind in your hair!) And definitely take it stea...
