Have you tried wearing reef shoes to protect your feet? Obviously their intended use is to stop you from getting your feet cut on coral but they would work just as well on things similar to what you have described in these various posts.

My favourite dish in Thassos is the prawn saganaki at Toxotis in Liminas. Very messy but they do give you a tea towel and a finger bowl.

I hope so Gerry - it's not so much the British leg it's when we get to Los Angeles. I believe American customs can be a bit strict to say the least. When's your next time in Thassos? Same weeks as last year? In any event we both hope you have a good time and love to everbody.

I'm just going to take a normal (well a bit bigger that normal) handbag with any liquids I need in the required ziploc bag. I want to take my jewelry in my handbag too as I don't really want to put that in my hold luggage. Do you think that would be OK?
