Hi Cashey, we bought the book "A-Z of Thassos" by Tony Oswain (can be got through Amazon. It gives you loads of ideas for things to do and explore and a run down of towns etc. Well worth buying if you intend to visit frequently. I don't have it to hand as I'm working overseas at the moment...

We have stayed on Thassos for 4 out of the past 5 years. Where to stay depends upon what you want. There are lots of lovely settings with hotels on beaches, but we prefer the quiet of the Socrates. Nice weather! (not as warm as where we live) but we're looking forward to returning back to Thassos in 8 weeks and yes, I shall be enjoying a few Mythos.

The Socrates is right on a sandy beach (only a small beach in depth) shallow waters, great for swimming. The hotel has a good clean poo...

Sadly we missed going to Thassos last year due to redundancy and relocating to take up new work. However due to a change in our circumstances we are returning to Thassos this year and really looking forward to it. This will be our 4th visit in 5 years. Back to Skala Prinos.

She was at Skala Prinos last year.

If anyone else has had a problem with her then the main office have asked me to ask you to email them so they can make a case.

It has been reported to head office, I'm awaiting a reply. I agree it seems to be one particular person who is the problem.

Just got back from a wonderful 2 weeks in Skala Prinos. Went there last year and hired a Jeep from Potos Car hire in Skala Prinos, got a good deal.
